Ricotta
Authentic ricotta made solely from the whey of the Farmhouse Cheeses. Unsalted and naturally very low in fat. Moist and creamy, it can be used in sweet or savoury dishes. At home, we use it in place of cream, cream cheese, butter, suet etc. Excellent in corn fritters!
